Privacy Policy (Interim)
This is a plain-English interim policy. A formal version prepared with legal review will replace it.
What this website collects
Nothing. No analytics, no tracking, and no cookies of our own — just what our hosting provider needs to serve you the page. The “Request Early Access” button opens your own email app; we only receive what you choose to send.
What the product collects (for design partners)
When your business uses XposureVault, it stores:
- Job descriptions and voice transcripts — what you say about the job becomes part of the record.
- Site photos — the pictures you take of your controls.
- Worker names — for crew and training records.
- Account details — your login email and name.
Records are hosted with an enterprise cloud provider. Australian hosting is in progress. Records exist to serve as your business's evidence — that's the whole point of the product. Retention and erasure follow a documented reconciliation policy, available on request.
AI processing
Voice recordings and photos are processed transiently by AI providers to build the records. Raw audio is not stored.
